What is PokeTale?

Best described, PokeTale is a free non-profit MMORPG with Pokemon elements.

It's a game in which you play as a pokemon and fight in real time where the combat is entirely skill based. You don't just sit and watch your character fight like your average MMORPG.

While walking in certain areas, such as tall grass, caves, water, etc. , There is a chance you and your party (if in one) will encounter wild pokemon to battle.

Some planned features:

PvE:
-All Pokemon are planned to eventually be playable. That's 719 options.
-Dungeons
-Gyms and Badges to collect
-Obtainable gear sets
-Stat and Move points, to fully customize your Pokemon's play style
-Quests
-Pokemon Plot, Each Pokemon will receive exclusive quests that have to do with their individual plot
(Little things like, Charmander must face rivals Bulbasaur, and Squirtle)

PvP:
-Guilds (Player made)
-Clans (Team Rocket, Aqua, Galactic, etc.)
-Tournaments
-Ranked
-Duels/Party Duels
-Spectating

Social/Other:
-Customizable Secret bases
-Friend/Ignore lists
-Contests
-Pokedex
-Costumes (Blue Charmander, Green Squirtle, Christmas Tree Sudowoodo, Zombie Zapdos)
